響應健康生活,早午餐莎拉

假裝過著健康的生活,吃個莎拉當早餐(雖然已經中午了)。家裡現在只有菠菜,加上甜玉米粒,核桃,培根碎片(不健康+1),起司絲(很快念三遍,肥+1),凱薩莎拉醬(不健康+1),魚片沾蛋汁(肥+2),在一點點黑胡椒。

昨天看了一些 website,半信半疑似懂非懂把 ISO 從 400 調回 50 (以前想說越多越好嘛),顏色有比較鮮豔耶。

第一次用我很優卻被遺忘的迷你腳架,終於脫離手晃的噩夢。Closeup Posted by Hello

Ur brunch salad reminds me of a more healthy style of daily eating in a way like the acronym TAWFO,Tea-red tea, Apple,Wine-red wine,Fish-fresh water or sea fish,and Onion; garlic or the like....which was coined by me( sounds similar to and familiar with Toufu, which has been a good food stuff by Oriental people within thousand years)will do you good in preventing coronary heart disease--good source of omega 3 and long chain unsaturated fatty acid from fresh deep sea fish oil or Tannin in red wine, to avoid of bad guy of cholesterol;enhance ur immune fighting system from garlic or onion ingredient component and green tea essence;and etcetra and etcetra.
